Your safety is our top priority

We can’t wait to welcome you back and want to assure you that the health and safety of all of our visitors and teams is our top priority. We’ve made a few changes to how we operate so we can help everyone visiting and working at The O2 stay safe. These include:

• Encouraging visitors to observe the two metre social distancing advice in stores and around site
• Requiring visitors to keep to the left as much as possible and respecting one way systems where they apply
• Many stores have changed their internal layouts providing more room and easier navigation
• Payments will only be accepted via cards or contactless payments
• Thorough cleaning regimes have been extended, with additional hand sanitising stations provided and regular deep cleans in all public areas
• The location of bathroom facilities have been separated to reduce queues
• Managing capacity to ensure appropriate physical distancing can be maintained throughout Icon Outlet

Opening hours

Icon Outlet stores will be open daily from 11-5pm, with a limited number of take away food and beverage options available.

Please be considerate to other visitors, giving them time and space to enter and exit stores where required, and understand they may have different requirements to yours.
